Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee is driven by a simple belief: our impact should extend beyond the workplace. To support this, our committee provides grant opportunities, sponsors volunteer events throughout the year, offers 16 hours of volunteer time off to each team member and matches eligible charitable donations up to $500 annually.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)
Our DEIB Committee helps foster an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and heard. Through education, community engagement and open dialogue, the committee creates opportunities for learning, connection and meaningful impact.
Wellness Committee
Our Wellness Committee supports mental, physical and financial well-being by creating opportunities for balance, connection and growth. Through initiatives like wellness challenges, Des Moines Corporate Games and engaging lunch & learns, the committee helps team members prioritize feeling their best - at work and beyond.
Activity Committee
Our Activity Committee creates opportunities for authentic connection through fun, engaging events that bring people together. From company-wide celebrations to team-building experiences, the committee helps build meaningful relationships across the organization.
Green Team
To support ARAG’s goal of building a more environmentally sustainable workplace, we established the ARAG Green Team – a cross-departmental group of team members who will build awareness of our environmental mission through ongoing education, accountability and interactive programs to encourage team members to develop innovative ways to support this mission.
