By joining the ARAG Network you agree to handle cases received based on the Attorney Fee Schedule in your area. ARAG legal plans provide four main types of coverage. Network Attorney payment aligns with those coverage offerings according to the following:
- Paid in Full, paid by ARAG
- A flat or hourly fee, paid by ARAG
- A 25 percent discount off your regular fee, paid by the client
- A deductible, paid by the client and attorney’s fees paid by ARAG
