ARAG Customer Care Named a 2021 BenchmarkPortal Certified Center of Excellence

Des Moines, IA (February 21, 2022) ­--- ARAG’s Customer Care department was named a 2021 Certified Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal in early February, one of the most prestigious awards in the customer service and support industry.

This is ARAG Customer Care’s 12th year earning this certification, which is measured by key performance metrics that are drawn from industry averages from around the world. Contact centers who are certified by BenchmarkPortal have met or surpassed rigorous, data-driven standards and must have also scored in the top 10% overall of contact centers surveyed.

ARAG CEO David Murray is especially proud of this certification because it speaks directly to one of the company’s key focus areas for 2022: Customer Experience.
