Paid-In-Full Matters

When you need legal assistance, contact an ARAG network attorney. Your ARAG legal insurance will pay 100% of your network attorney fees for covered matters.

Reduced Fee Matters

If your legal matter is not covered, you may be eligible to work with an ARAG network attorney at a reduced fee of 25% or more off the network attorney's normal hourly rate.

Capped Hourly Benefit

Some legal matters are paid in full only up to the number of hours specified. After your hourly cap is met, your plan offers a reduced fee benefit whereby you can receive at least 25% off the network attorney's normal hourly rate.

Capped Dollar Amount Benefit

Some legal matters are paid in full only up to the dollar amount specified. After your dollar cap is met, your plan offers a reduced fee benefit whereby you can receive at least 25% off the network attorney's normal hourly rate.
