As Chief Financial Officer, Andrea Morse is responsible for all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, corporate finance, tax, investor relations and underwriting. She also oversees facilities management and planning for the organization. Her career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining ARAG in 2006, Andrea worked for The Rasmussen Group, Inc. for 16 years in a variety of finance roles. Her career began as an auditor with RSM US LLP (Formally McGladrey, Hendrickson & Pullen). Andrea leverages her diverse experience to lead with a pragmatic approach. She has earned a reputation of serving as a mentor and leader through focusing on growing relationships while always striving to do the right thing.
Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwest Missouri State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
