What is this?
Resources and assistance regarding the legal issues related to a divorce, legal separation and/or annulment of marriage. "Contested" means the couple does not agree on every aspect of the divorce and the court will need to hear from both parties to make decisions on how property and child custody is divided based on the law. "Uncontested" means the couple agrees about the terms of the divorce and the court will not need to make decisions such as how property or custody is divided.
Example:
You and your spouse want to divorce. You both want full custody of your children and you need assistance from the court to determine what is fair.
