One winner will be drawn each month during the promotion timeframe. Entrants can only win once and are only eligible for the drawing within the month they signed up for EFT payments. The promotion begins on 12/08/2023 at 12:01 AM CT and ends on 06/30/2024 at 11:59 PM CT. ARAG is not responsible for lost or late entries or any computer, network or software malfunctions. Winners will receive an electronic $250 E-Gift Card. Monthly winner will be notified via phone or email prior to receiving an email with electronic gift card. Electronic gift card will be sent to the winner at the primary email address listed in their ARAG attorney profile. ARAG will not award cash to the winner in lieu of the gift card. ARAG is not responsible for replacing the gift card if it is lost or stolen. The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about the last day of the month, each month during the promotion timeframe.
