Irrevocable Trust

What is this?

Legal assistance to set up an irrevocable trust to protect property and reduce taxes when the owner of the property dies. "Irrevocable" means that the trust can't be changed or terminated without permission of the beneficiary (the person the trust is set up to benefit.)

Example:

  • You wish to prepare an educational trust to ensure your children have funding for college.
  • You wish to establish a charitable trust to ensure a particular organization or charity receives funding based on your wishes.
