Do you have customer service reps who speak Spanish?

ARAG participates in the TransPerfect Language Line Interpreting Services program, which enables us to communicate in more than 170 languages, including Spanish. This service, available during normal Customer Care hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, connects a plan member and ARAG customer care specialist to an interpreter in 60 seconds or less, who then translates and facilitates the conversation.

The ARAG Attorney Network includes attorneys fluent in several languages, including — but not limited to — English, Spanish, Creole, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Lao, Russian and American Sign Language. Network attorneys also have access to a third-party translation service.
