We recruit our network attorneys by looking at areas of practice, geographic information and member usage statistics. When ARAG is awarded new business, we also perform a provider/member coverage assessment to identify any gaps in the network. If identified, ARAG addresses those gaps and diligently recruits attorneys to better serve you and your employees.
