No, this is an insurance policy that covers legal matters that occur after you have purchased the policy. The earliest date for any of the following events is used to determine whether a legal matter is covered:
- Written notice of a legal dispute is sent or filed by you or received by you
- A ticket or citation is issued
- An attorney is hired
If any of these events occur before you purchase a policy, you still have the benefit available to you for that particular matter of at least 25 percent off Network Attorney fees.
