Legal Needs Are In Your FutureTM

ARAG North America, Inc. (“ARAG®”) reserves the right to modify these rules without notice. Your participation in the Legal Needs Are In Your Future game constitutes your acceptance of these rules. Violation of any rules may result in disqualification. Participation in this game constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. This drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.

  1. Eligibility: Winner must be 18 years of age or older and is only eligible to play once during the tradeshow. Additionally, the winner must be a registered SHRM attendee. SHRM vendors or sponsors are not eligible to win.
  2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter. Play Legal Needs Are In Your Future at the ARAG booth during normal tradeshow hours at the SHRM23 Annual Conference & Exposition on June 11, 12 and 12, 2023. Your conference badge will be scanned and you will then be given one chip to play. You will choose which slot to drop your chip. The bottom slot where the chip lands will determine which prize you will be awarded. If chip lands on a bottom slot containing the ARAG logo, you will be awarded a prize and your name will be entered into that day’s random drawing for the daily grand prize of $368.00. The daily random drawing will be held each of the three days at INSERT TIME.
  3. Frequency of Playing Game: You may play Legal Needs Are In Your Future only once during the tradeshow.
  4. 5. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning a daily grand prize vary based on the number of actual eligible daily entries.. ARAG claims no responsibility for results of selection.
  5. 4. Prize:  All participants will receive one prize. Prizes include socks, playing cards, air freshener or tin of tea (prizes are values between $3 and $10) and will be given to winning participant immediately. The winner of the daily grand prize will receive $368.00 in cash upon signing an acknowledgement of receipt. If the winner of a grand prize is not present at the time of the daily drawing, the prize will be mailed to the winner in the form of a gift card. If no chips land on the ARAG logo during one of the event days, then there will be no grand prize drawing on that day.
  6. Sponsor: Legal Needs Are In Your Future is sponsored by ARAG North America, Inc. Prizes are given away on behalf of ARAG. This giveaway is not sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by any of the prize manufacturers nor SHRM.
  7. Taxes: Prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof.
  8. Use of Personal Information and Permission to Contact: By participating in this event, you are authorizing ARAG to contact you. You grant ARAG the right to use recordings and/or personal photograph(s) of you or your property and hereby grant, and license to ARAG the right to use the recording(s) and/or photograph(s), without limitation. You understand that any recording(s) and/or photograph(s) of you and, if applicable, your property may be used in any manner determined by ARAG (e.g. television, print, World Wide Web). You hereby release ARAG, and its subsidiaries, their directors, officers, agent, employees and appointing advertising or recording agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all liability and claims of every kind. ARAG respects your privacy and does not sell, rent or give away your personal information.
  9. Indemnification: You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless ARAG, its officers, directors, employees, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, in connection with this event, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
