An ARAG attorney must:
- Be licensed to practice and in good standing with the regulatory authority in the state(s) where he or she accepts clients.
- Maintain physical office space in the state(s) where he or she is licensed and practicing law.
- Maintain malpractice insurance coverage of at least $100,000 per incident and $300,000 aggregate per year.
- Agree to provide services to members for covered matters based on the Network Agreement and structured Fee Schedule.
- Agree to provide services to members for non-covered matters at a reduced rate.
