Requirements to Join the ARAG Network

An ARAG attorney must:

  • Be licensed to practice and in good standing with the regulatory authority in the state(s) where he or she accepts clients.
  • Maintain physical office space in the state(s) where he or she is licensed and practicing law.
  • Maintain malpractice insurance coverage of at least $100,000 per incident and $300,000 aggregate per year.
  • Agree to provide services to members for covered matters based on the Network Agreement and structured Fee Schedule.
  • Agree to provide services to members for non-covered matters at a reduced rate.
