ARAG North America, Inc. (“ARAG®”) reserves the right to modify these rules without notice. Your participation in the ARAG game constitutes your acceptance of these rules. Violation of any rules may result in disqualification. Participation in this game constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of the Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. This game is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: Winner must be 18 years of age or older and is only eligible to play once during the tradeshow. Employees of ARAG and their family members are not eligible to win.
How to Enter: Visit the ARAG booth Wednesday, October 16th – Friday, October 18th. You will drop a card with your contact information in the fishbowl to enter the drawing for a $200 gift card and you will then be given one chip to play the game. You will choose which slot to drop your chip. The chip will travel through the maze until it reaches one of the bottom slots. The travel of the chip is random. The bottom slot where the chip lands will determine which prize you will be awarded. The prize awarded to participant is indicated by a label on the bottom slot where the chip lands. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Frequency of Entering and Playing Game: You may enter the drawing and play the game one time during the tradeshow.
Game Prizes Awarded: The bottom slot where your chip lands will determine which prize will be awarded. You will receive the prize noted on the card slot where your chip lands. Prize definitions include the following: ABE = ARAG attorney brain energizer toy (valued at $6), $5 coffee card = coffee gift card (valued at $5.00), T-shirt = legal action t-shirt (valued at $7), Wild Card = Your choice of reusable straw (valued at $3), ABE, t-shirt or coffee gift card. Prizes available while supplies last.
Drawing - Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning: ARAG will award one $200 gift card at the end of the event. The winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be contacted by phone and email on Monday, October 21st. Odds of winning vary based on the number of actual entries. ARAG claims no responsibility for results of selection.

ARAG respects your privacy and does not sell, rent or give away your personal information.
Indemnification: You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless ARAG, its officers, directors, employees, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, in connection with this event, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
